I believe this to be wrong on the       length, they will be closer to 8 to      10" in length

We find these dogs to be excellent with children, even very young ones.         also very good  with elderly, they will sit on your lap for hours.   they are very even tempered and loving.    Non shedding, and very healthy, have little or no health issues.  Great in apartments, and with small yards.
         These are a very SWEET and LOVING dog. 
Even tho the standard size is 8-10 lbs, we  have pups that stay under that.  We do have some 5 and 6 lb breeders,  often get smaller pups.
